Whether you're looking to get into home roasting, or you simply want to understand what happens to the beans before they reach your cup, this is the class for you. We'll taste coffees with varying roast profiles, to understand how temperature and time affect the beans. Head Roaster, Albert Macso, will fire up the roaster so we can follow the process from green to brown bean. Light refreshments will be served. Participants will leave with a bag of the beans roasted in class and a better grasp of all that goes into making coffee delicious.
